Our Young Artist Program

Cactus Pear Music Festival’s Young Artist Program (YAP) is a full-scholarship initiative that has supported over 135 student musicians since 2004, offering talented young artists in San Antonio the opportunity to study and perform alongside leading chamber musicians. Each summer, a select group participates in an intensive three-week residency featuring private instruction, chamber coaching, outreach, and performances culminating in concerts. Your support helps keep this program tuition-free and ensures a transformative experience for the next generation of musicians.
